When you purchase a simulator through SES you are purchasing, quality, professional workmanship and best of all, peace of mind.

Installation is an additional charge with almost every simulator purchased regardless of where you buy it. We've simplified this process by offering our customers comprehensive install packages that are comparable in price to the manufacturers. You may choose to go with install services from the manufacturer (if available) however, we do not recommend it as you will be subject to their schedule (which is often months out). Plus, we offer more overall experience, an extra layer of customer support and multiple product integration.

Since 2008 we have become experts in installing, training and servicing the systems we sell. Whether you are adding a Premium to your FEC or creating a truly unique custom golf simulator in your basement, SES is the only company to offer our GOLD package Installation and Service Plan. For the customers who are looking for the best, we are the company to work with on your project.

In addition to the experience gained in installing nearly 100 simulators we have built a nationwide network of partners to help facilitate your project. Whether you are in need of a contractor, electrician, interior designer or even need to find that one piece of golf memorabilia to complete your Man Cave — we have the network in place to help.

SES Gold Service Package

  • Onsite construction and professional installation of purchased equipment: Our installers take the necessary time to ensure your simulator is installed correctly, the first time.
  • Timelines and checklists: We communicate! We will stay in touch with you (or your builder) as to the status of your order, delivery schedule, install schedule and more. We also provide each Gold customer with a checklist to ensure the installation process goes as smooth as possible and we always strive to work with your schedule…not the other way around.
  • Full day of training and Q/A with all operators of system: We don’t leave you high and dry. Our goal is to make sure every Gold level customer is trained on the ends and outs of their system, as well as provide some basic troubleshooting to help keep your system up and running.
  • SES Upgraded cable bundle: All Gold Level customers receive an upgraded cable bundle. Through our experience we have found this upgrade to be essential in getting the most out of your simulator.
  • Post installation and Direct Service handled by SES: We give you one number to call! If you run into trouble you can call your installer directly and problem solve any issues which may arise. In the event we are unable to fix the problem, we will liaison on your behalf to the appropriate party to keep you up and running.*

Before

We will communicate with your architect, builder, A/V company, etc. to make sure we are all on the same page of the requirements of our equipment before your simulator purchase. We will coordinate the shipping and installation schedule to be convenient for you. Providing clear communication about what is required before installation of your simulator begins. Shortly after your purchase we provide you with a checklist of items to prepare before your simulator arrives, this checklist is a great tool to share with your team to ensure a quick and painless installation.

During

When scheduling our onsite installation, we take the time necessary to install your purchasing correctly…the first time. We schedule enough time so there is no need to rush through the job and race off to the next one. We are respectful of your time; we work with you during the installation period to make sure it is not disruptive to you or your family. We will walk you through the ends and outs of the system in our training session, to make sure you completely understand how to get the most out of your simulator.

After

With the Gold Service Package option, after your simulator has been installed we will be your point of contact to handle all service needs. And in the rare instance when we can’t answer your question or solve your problems…we take the lead to get them addressed. If there is a problem we can fix, then we fix it! In the event we can’t, we act on your behalf to get your simulator back up and running with the shortest downtime possible.

An SES Service Package is required on all custom installations, and is available on other products we sell.
